Instructions for STUDENTS TRANSFERRING TO UAM

Financial aid does not automatically transfer with you.  You must apply for financial aid at your new school. If you plan to transfer to UAM, you must:

  • Notify your current school’s Financial Aid Office in writing of your intention to transfer so that pending financial aid can be cancelled
  • Add UAM school code (001085) to your FAFSA application online. (allow 3-5 days to process)
  • If your FAFSA is selected for Verification, you will need to complete verification forms at UAM.  Review your WeevilNet To Do list for specific instructions.
  • Once Federal Aid is calculated, you will receive an Award Letter by e-mail to sign and submit.
  • Finalize your registration.
