Welcome to Workday
What is Workday?
Workday is a cloud-based resource system that modernizes financial, human capital and student information management for all campuses within the University of Arkansas System. Workday will be the single system for Finance and Human Capital Management (Human Resources) here on campus. It also provides several benefits and enhanced features, including a more robust reporting structure and a mobile-friendly interface. Workday is easily accessible from a desktop, laptop, or mobile device and has been implemented by more than 100 other higher education institutions.
How do I access Workday?
Access Workday through the Workday App located at myapps.microsoft.com and login with your university credentials. Search for Workday or scroll down the page until you see the Workday Application.
Where do I get Workday Training and Resources?
All training and resource materials to help users adjust to the new system can be located on your UAM Blackboard account under specified training courses. Course availability and visibility is based off your security roles in Workday. All UAM employees should have access to the WDFUND: Workday Fundamentals and ESS01: Getting Started courses on their account. If you do not see these courses on your Blackboard account, please contact the Office of Information Technology at 870-460-1036 or by e-mail at UAM-ITHelp@uamont.edu and an IT Staff member will be glad to assist you.
Does Workday Require MFA?
All UAM accounts will be required to have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled due to the implementation of Workday. If you feel you do not have the technology to successfully enroll, please call the Information Technology (IT) Department and an IT professional will work directly with you to find a solution that works best for you.
How do I get help with Workday?
For assistance with how to navigate Workday, please contact the Office of Information Technology at 870-460-1036 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. For all other issues, please submit an Information Technology Work Order and an IT Staff member will be glad to assist you.
