Financial Aid
You will apply for UAM admissions when you are ready to take your first UAM upper-level course.
- You will officially be a UAM student at the point of admittance. Consequently, UAM will award financial aid for both dual and standard enrolled students.
- If you are applying for financial aid, you should add UAM (001085) to your FAFSA.
- If you are a dual enrolled student, you must complete and submit the North Arkansas College of the University of Arkansas - UAM Consortium Agreement to the North Arkansas College of the University of Arkansas Financial Aid office. The Agreement will be given to you by the Dean or Program Faculty Mentor at the appropriate time.
- $3,000 award per semester for a maximum of four academic terms of continuous enrollment. If the student is dually enrolled at UAM and North Arkansas College of the University of Arkansas, the award will be prorated for the total hours of UAM courses being taken for the term.
- Eligibility Requirements: Students enrolled in a bachelor’s program at North Arkansas College of the University of Arkansas with 55 hours completed at North Arkansas College of the University of Arkansas and no more than 90 accepted transfer hours between all previously attended schools with a minimum of 2.5 cumulative GPA from North Arkansas College of the University of Arkansas.
- Renewal Criteria: Complete at least 15 hours each semester with a minimum of a 2.5 cumulative GPA at UAM for a maximum of four academic terms of continuous enrollment or the completion of a bachelor’s degree if completed in fewer than four semesters.
