The University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana and the University of Arkansas at Monticello have partnered to bring bachelor’s degrees to Hope and Texarkana.

The partnership will feature a Bachelor of Arts in K-6 elementary education degree beginning May 2026 and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree beginning August 2026, pending approval from the Arkansas Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Higher Learning Commission.

All four years of the bachelor's degrees are offered on the UAHT campus. Students earn an associate degree from UAHT and a bachelor's degree from UAM during the program.

UAM offers eligible UAHT students the Iron Horse Transfer Scholarship, worth $3,000 per semester, to offset tuition costs, making the UAM degree offered at UAHT one of the most affordable bachelor’s degrees in the state.
