The University of Arkansas at Monticello Foundation Fund, a subsidiary of The University of Arkansas Foundation, Inc., is committed to providing educational opportunities for students in the state and region. Its purpose is to advance and support educational and other activities of UAM by soliciting donations and acting as coordinator of gifts for the use and benefit of the University. During the 05/06 school year, the UAM Foundation Fund awarded 438 scholarships in Fall totaling $212,843 and 372 scholarships in Spring totaling $181,343 . “The ability to augment state funding with private scholarships and to raise revenue from private sources is essential to fulfilling our mission and to the future of the institution.
