If cancelled, every effort will be made to notify registered participants by phone or e-mail and a refund will be processed. What are the program fees? The fees for courses vary and are listed along with each course description. Community Education programs are self-supporting and are not supplemented by funding or income from sources other than the fees charged for the classes. No financial aid is available for community education courses. What about material fees? Material fees, if applicable, are to be paid separately to the instructor on the first day of class. Can I get a refund? Refunds are issued automatically if a class is cancelled for any reason or if you withdraw at least three (3) business days prior to the first class. Refunds normally require three to four weeks for processing. Credit card refunds take 24 hours. No refunds will be made after the first class meeting. Where are the classes located? All classes are held on the University of Arkansas at Monticello campus unless otherwise specified in the class listing. It is not necessary to have a permit for classes meeting after 4 p.m. If your class meets before 4 p.m., you will receive a temporary parking permit in the first class session to display in your car. Even though you won't have the permit before class, go ahead and park in a campus lot. The permit should be displayed in your car's back window on the lower left side. When do classes meet? The class dates (days) for courses vary and are listed along with each course description. What is the inclement weather policy?
