Chancellor’s Scholarship
Tuition, fees for 18 hours, residence
assignment and board for a maximum of eight continuous semesters.
Out-of-state tuition is waived.
Requires 30 ACT composite, and rank in the top
10% of graduating class with 3.00 high school GPA, or selection as a
National Merit or Achievement finalist.
May be renewed with a 3.00 GPA earned on at
least 24 hours of college credit in an academic year. *Minimum of 12
hours college work must be completed each semester and minimum 3.0
cumulative GPA.
Awarded when student applies for admission,
following verification of ACT scores, class rank, and high school
GPA.
*An academic year included Fall, Spring, Summer
I and Summer II terms. However scholarship funds are NOT available
for summer terms. Priority deadline is March 1. Refer to the UAM
catalog or the Office of Admissions for details.
