Jazz Band Plans to Travel

   The University of Arkansas at Monticello’s Jazz Band will perform at eight high schools across Arkansas as part of its spring performance tour, according to Gary Meggs, director of bands.

   The band will perform at Monticello High School Feb. 21 at 1 p.m. The remaining performances will occur in April. The schedule includes:

ˇ April 18 – Camden High School (8 a.m.)
   and Sheridan High School (2 p.m.)

ˇ April 19 – Lake Hamilton High School
  (8 a.m.) and Lakeside High School (2 p.m.)

ˇ April 20 – Marion High School (8 a.m.) and
  Forrest City High School (2 p.m.)

ˇ April 26 – Mena High School (2 p.m.)
