The Career Pathways at UAM College of Technology-McGehee is in it's first year of operation. The program is designed to provide support services and direct financial assistance to parents who want to increase their education and employability. The program is supported by the Southern Good Faith Fund, Arkansas Association of Two-Year Colleges, Arkansas Department of Workforce Services, Arkansas Department of Workforce Education, Arkansas Department of Higher Education, and a grant from the Arkansas Transitional Employment Board. The Career Pathways program of UAM College of Technology-McGehee will serve no less then 125 students each year; not all who qualify can be served due to funding limits. If you are interested in becoming a Career Pathways student at UAM College of Technology-McGehee please print and fill out the forms below then return them to your local Career Pathways office. To help assist our students get into the job market we are placing a list of jobs that are available in our area. This link will be updated regularly. So please check back often. UAM College of Technology-McGehee and Career Pathways are proud to announce the new skills that we can now provide for you and local employers. To help people stay on top of their job skills we are now providing employability skills that can help you earn either a Employability Certificate or an Career Readiness Certificate.
