Transfer Requirements
You should complete this checklist if you meet the following criteria:
- You graduated, or plan to graduate Spring or Summer 2023, from NPC with the Associate of Science in Business.
- You have at least a 2.0 cumulative grade point average in all Business Division courses.

STEP 1: Attend UAM Informational Session.
- Wednesday, March 15, 2023 | 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. | Location: Student Commons (CO-124)

STEP 2: Apply for admission to UAM.
- Complete and submit the UAM Undergraduate Application.
- Submit required documents to the UAM Office of Admissions:
- Official NPC transcript and transcripts from any other colleges/universities you’ve attended.
- High School transcript with GPA;
- Placement test scores;
- Proof of immunization against measles, mumps, and rubella.
- In addition, international students must provide:
- Current tuberculin skin test;
- Official English language competency test results;
- Financial affidavit.
- Other items could be needed as UAM works with NPC to comply with federal guidelines.

STEP 3: If you receive financial aid, apply for financial aid at UAM.
- Complete Section I of the UAM Consortium Agreement.
- National Park College should be listed as the Host School on the Agreement form. Your financial aid will come through UAM, which is your Home School. The UAM Financial Aid Office will disburse your financial aid each semester.
- You must file a FAFSA and complete the required financial aid process prior to all applicable deadlines. The FAFSA code for UAM is 001085.
- You must be enrolled in a degree program at UAM in order to receive financial aid.

STEP 4: Be advised by UAM.
- Contact the UAM advisor shown below for the UAM degree to which you are transferring.
Your UAM advisor will forward your agreement form to the UAM Financial Aid Office.

- Approved by your UAM advisor in Step 4.

- You may go directly to Oasis to register for classes online.
- Refer to the Schedule of Classes for availability of classes.
- Remember that you must also be enrolled in at least one upper-level course at UAM each semester.
