As the demand for skilled workers increases, the Career Pathways program at UAM College of Technology-Crossett aims to enhance the skills of workers. But that's not all - Career Pathways may also be able to help you overcome the barriers that have kept you from getting the training and education you need. We offer a no-cost training program that leads to an Employability Certificate and a Career Readiness Certificate through Work Keys.
