The student, his/her spouse,
or his/her parent must have done
seasonal or migrant farmwork
within the past two years that
comprises 50% or more of the
total income wages
Must not have year round
employment
Must meet selective service
requirement
Must be accepted for
enrollment in a post-secondary
program of study
