Eligible Users
1. All currently enrolled UAM students, faculty &
staff, and dependent family members who are at least 16 years of age,
possessing a current UAM identification card. Dependent family members
under the age of 16 must be accompanied by the parent at all times.
Individuals must be 18 years of age or older to use the free weight
room. 2. Non-University persons over the age of 18 may
use the racquetball/wallyball courts for a
small fee as listed below. Exercise Center Community membership does
NOT include the UC Rec Areas or the
University pool.
I. D. Cards?
Current UAM students, faculty & staff may obtain a
UAM ID card for their spouse and dependent child at least 16 years of
age, by first contacting the Intramural Director, 460-1046. Proof of dependent relationship as well
as valid Arkansas driver’s license must be presented prior to
authorization of this ID. Student status will be verified with the
Registrar’s office. Faculty/staff status will be verified with the UAM
Personnel office prior to authorization of this ID. Upon authorization,
ID pictures are made in the office of Residence Life, 460-1045. An ID
card fee must be paid at the Cashier’s office prior to ID picture being
taken.
Use Fees?
Non-University persons over the age of 18 may use the
Racquetball/Wallyball Courts only for a fee of:
Racquetball - $3.00/person/hour
Wallyball - $12.00/hour
Billing information must be completed in the IM/Rec office prior to use.
Billing occurs by the university once a month. Failing to pay fees
promptly results in loss of use.
