Tuberculosis Screening

Arkansas Law indicates that any student who was *foreign born* is subject to the requirements of the Arkansas Department of Health Tuberculosis Screening Program for Foreign Born University and College Students. 

In order to comply with these regulations, the student must begin by completing and printing a Tuberculin Skin Testing Database Questionnaire.  Take the completed form to UAM Student Health Services on the lower level of the Gibson University Center.  At that time, you will receive further information and instructions.
