The Adult Education class is set up for you to progress at your own pace.

The Adult Education Program provides adults with the opportunity to improve their basic reading, writing, and math skills.  Students may work on basic skills to improve their ACT scores, ASSET scores, to take the Official GED® Test, to learn English as a second language, to improve their employability skills, to advance their workplace skills, to learn English as a Second Language or to gain personal satisfaction.

The program is open-entry, open-exit which means you can begin anytime.  All new students are evaluated and placed in classes to upgrade deficiencies through a self-paced, individualized plan. Students have access to computers and modern curriculum.  Small group and individual instruction are available during the day and evening hours at no cost to participants.  Classes are provided on campus and at satellite locations.

Upon successful completion of the GED exam, you will be awarded an Arkansas High School Diploma by the Arkansas Department of Career Education. And, you will be invited to participate in our end of the year Graduation Ceremony.

The Adult Education Program serves both high school graduates and non-high school graduates. Non-high school graduates who desire a high school equivalency diploma (GED) as well as high school graduates who need academic refresher courses to prepare for employment tests, college entrance exams, personal satisfaction, employment advances, etc. We want you to learn more, so you can earn more!!
