UAM Testing Center Mission Statement

The University of Arkansas at Monticello Testing Center is dedicated to supporting the mission of the university by providing professional testing and proctoring services to its applicants, student body, and community. The center is committed to maintaining professional testing standards and practices, safeguarding confidentiality of student records, and creating an optimal testing environment in accordance with the National College Testing Association professional standards and guidelines.

Students are offered the opportunity to take many national tests such as CLEP, PRAXIS, A.C.T. and S.A.T.  Testing arrangements for entrance exams, correspondence and online exams are scheduled through the Testing Services Office.  Applications and registration bulletins are available from the testing office.  A brochure listing, tests, dates, and costs is available in the Testing Services Office.

Programs are planned by the Testing Services Office each semester.  These programs are advertised campus-wide.  Among the topics are:

  • Choosing the Right Major
  • Dress For Success
  • Resume Writing
  • Preparing for Finals

What is it going to cost you? Nothing!
