Undergraduate Early Admission Requirements (First-Time Freshman):

  • Completed application for admission (no processing fee)
  • 6-semester high school transcript, transcripts from all colleges attended
  • Entrance Exam Scores (ACT, SAT, or ACCUPLACER)
  • Immunization records against measles, mumps, and rubella (two doses)

Undergraduate Admission Requirements:

  • Completed application for admission (no processing fee)
  • Complete high school transcript, transcripts from all colleges attended
  • Entrance Exam Scores (ACT, SAT, or ACCUPLACER)
  • Immunization records against measles, mumps, and rubella (two doses)

Transfer Admission Requirements:

  • Completed application for admission (no processing fee)
  • Complete high school transcript
  • Complete transcripts from all colleges attended

Students must have a 2.00 (on a 4.00 scale) cumulative GPA on all previous coursework to be unconditionally admitted to UAM. Students with less than a 2.00 cumulative GPA will undergo further review for admission as a conditional admit. Students must be in good financial standing and must not have been academically suspended from the last institution attended.

  • Immunization records against measles, mumps, and rubella (two doses)

Visiting/Transient Students
Students who are actively enrolled in other institutions of higher education and wish to enroll at UAM must submit:

  • Completed application for admission (no processing fee)
  • Official Transcript indicating good academic standing from the institution in which they are actively enrolled
  • Immunization records against measles, mumps, and rubella (two doses)

Graduate Admission Requirements: 

  • Completed application for admission (no processing fee)
  • Transcript from college of highest degree received
  • Immunization records against measles, mumps, and rubella (two doses)
  • GRE Scores for Verbal, Quantitative and Analysis

International Admission Requirements:

  • Completed application for admission and submit $35 international fee
  • College entrance exam scores (ACT or SAT)
  • Certified translated copies of all academic records
  • TOEFL score if native language is other than English
  • Certified statement from a financial institution
  • Immunization records against measles, mumps, and rubella (two doses)
  • TB test if born outside the United States
  • Additional information provided as application is processed
