We were reminded that this division will elect a Vice-Chair Elect at each business meeting. The secretary is a two-year position to be elected in "odd numbered years."

Discussion followed on ways to encourage student papers. Tom reported that this division sponsored the following programs: a spotlight panel, three competitive papers programs, and an education panel. Tom would like to see increased visibility of this division; discussion followed.

Under New Business: Don Orban called for us to be supportive of and integrated with other divisions. Shared resources and shared panels were mentioned as benefits. He challenged each member present to begin work on a completed paper which could be read for possible inclusion on next year's panels.

Lynn Webb suggested options for using the SSCA allocated money for this division. Discussion followed. Tom Socha will appoint a committee to consider these options. Volunteers should contact Tom.
