Old Business: Minutes from October meeting was read by the Secretary.
Fall Projects: Canned Food Drive: November 1-19; Angel Tree Kids: motion made to spend $200 on gifts for the kids ( will wrap presents at the December meeting; Raffle ticket fundraiser (change to win gas card and movie tickets) and hot dog grill: tentative date is November 29; T-Shirt design: reminder to get designs in

New Business: Need volunteers to help with a PowerPoint Workshop for Drew Central 6th grade classes: October 16 and 18; Need volunteers to help with data entry at the Drew County Health Coalition Flu Shot Clinic: October 27; Fundraisers were discussed: gift card raffle, video game tournament, bake sale or candy sale; Canned Food Drive set for November 1-19
