Chi Iota Sigma Meeting Minutes For November 5, 2009
- Officers Present:
- Calvin Davis, President
- Keith Franklin, Vice President
- Richard Vaughn, Secretary
- Bridgett Watson, Treasurer
- Jennifer Nicholson, Scholarship Officer
- Business:
- T-shirt design contest announced - designs and merchant by December 3
- Book stipend deadline is today
- Canned foods for Canned Food Drive will be delivered the week of Thanksgiving
- Angel Tree kids - will wrap gifts the last meeting
- Will need to elect a new secretary in December
- Christmas window painting at the UC - dates?
- Deadline to pay dues is today
- Conclusion:
- Angel Tree donation will be $200
- Canned food goal will be 750 cans
- Three club members will claim and paint a windo on November 23 and 24 at 10 AM
- Officer's meeting will be December 1
- Christmas snack buffet will be provided by CIS faculty on December 3 for the next meeting

- Officers Present:

- Business:
- Guest Speaker: Miranda Bunting, former UAM student, CIS Club member, employee at EDS in Little Rock
- Announced a T-shirt design contest
- Book stipend forms were passed out
- Homecoming Spirit Wall to be painted the week of October 24
- Canned food drive will end the week of Thanksgiving
- Will need gifts/donations for the Angel Tree kids the week before Christas break
- Conclusion:
- Next meeting will be November
- Next officer's meeting is October 29
- Food will be chili dogs
