Important Notice

Every host must send in a sanctioning request form 30 days prior to the event. This is sent to Lance Taylor at AAA. He either approves its or disapproves it. Basically it seems he looks at the time and date the event occurs and makes sure it is not during the school day before 3:30. This form can be found at AAA website www.ahsaa.org then go to download forms, and click on "Application for Sanction of an Interscholastic Invitational Event" or "Application for Sanction of a Sub-district, District or State Event" or click on the links below.
