WEEVIL WELLNESS FAIR Wednesday, March 16 (10 a.m. – 1 p.m. / UC Green Room The UAM Wellness Fair brings campus and community resources together in an enjoyable interactive atmosphere to expose and educate our students, faculty, and staff to the various avenues of wellness. Wellness is more than being physically healthy. Wellness is finding a healthy balance in the quality of your life in the social, physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual and occupational dimensions. Free health screenings: Total cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, weight, body fat percentage, pulse Ox, HIV and more. Games, activities, neck massages, health screenings, Oxygen Bar, Walk-In Brain, information tables, 80’s photo booth, fun and music will be located in the UC Green Room! Visitors to the Fair may register for several prizes to be given away by the exhibitors and the UAM Wellness Committee.

Civil Rights Struggle in Arkansas The Subject Of Humanities Council Display At Taylor Library

MONTICELLO, AR — “Foot Soldiers for Freedom,” an exhibit that chronicles the struggle for civil rights in Arkansas, will be on display in the Taylor Library and Technology Center at the University of Arkansas at Monticello February 29 through March 20. Library hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, and 2 to 10 p.m. on Sunday.
