McGehee Instructor Named Vice President Of Arkansas Business Education Association

MONTICELLO, AR — Tonya Loe, an instructor of administrative office technology at the UAM College of Technology-McGehee, has been named 2016-17 vice president of the Arkansas Business Education Association (ABEA), an organization of business teachers in Arkansas.

            Loe has been a member of ABEA for six years and is also active in Arkansas Career and Technical Education (ACTE) and the Arkansas Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL).  Loe is serving on the ACTE awards committee and as award advisor for FBLA-PBL. She has also been appointed to the Tereze Harris Scholarship Committee, a non-profit foundation that recognizes outstanding mathematics students from southeast Arkansas schools.
