Governor Hutchinson Proclaims March Financial Aid Awareness Month

Governor Asa Hutchinson has proclaimed March as “Financial Aid Awareness Month” in Arkansas. College and university financial aid officers, including Becky Hammett, assistant director of financial aid at the University of Arkansas at Monticello, recently met with Governor Hutchinson to take part in the proclamation ceremony. As part of the observance, KATV Channel 7 of Little Rock will air a 7 On Your Side call-in program from 5 to 7 p.m. March 15 to answer questions about financial aid.
