These students who attended adult education classes in Arkansas City that
were offered by the UAM College of Technology – McGehee recently earned the
Arkansas Career Readiness Certificate (CRC). The CRC designates that an
individual has core employability skills required across multiple industries
and occupations. The program allows potential employees to obtain
documented, objective proof of basic workplace skills in three foundational
areas – reading for information, applied mathematics, and locating
