UAM Names 15 To Student Ambassadors (1/18/12)

MONTICELLO, AR — Fifteen students have been selected to join the University of Arkansas at Monticello Student Ambassadors, an elite organization that assists in the recruitment of new students as well a promoting the university through special events and community service projects.
            The Ambassadors consist of 42 students whose selection is based on faculty and staff nominations, academic achievement, leadership and communication skills.
             The new members are:

            • B. J. Boswell of Warren, a sophomore nursing major;

            • Kody Coleman of Huntsville, Tex., a sophomore mathematics and biochemistry major;

            • Tessa Cucurullo of Monticello, a junior pre-medicine major;

            • Morgyn Ellis of White Hall, a sophomore P-4 education major;

            • Courtney Emberton of Clinton, a freshman pre-pharmacy major;

            • John David Herren of McGehee, a freshman general studies major;

            • Brannon Hill of Dumas, a sophomore nursing major;

            • Taylor Holland of Gentry, a sophomore social work major;

            •Tyler Jones of Monticello, a freshman business management major;

            • Samuel Leonard of Tillar, a freshman business major;

            • Samantha Milner of Pine Bluff, a sophomore business administration major;

            • Bailey Simpson of DeWitt, a sophomore exercise science major;

            • Aaron Warren of Texarkana, a sophomore music education major;

            • Koby Wilson of DeWitt, a freshman criminal justice major;

            • and Haley Woods of Monticello, a freshman criminal justice major.
