“Our mission is to connect the campus with the people and businesses in our community by providing exciting lifelong learning opportunities,” said Memorie Dickson, coordinator of community education.  “Whether you want to pursue a hobby, develop a skill, become more knowledgeable of a subject, or jump start or advance your career, I think we have something for you.”
Arts and hobbies classes include cake decorating two classes in photography, and a sewing class for beginners. Eleven classes are offered in computers and technology, including three classes in Microsoft Word, two classes in computing for seniors, three classes in Microsoft Excel, and three classes in PowerPoint.
Health and fitness classes include American tribal belly dance, and dance fitness. In personal and professional development, classes are available in time management, goal setting, and leadership.
