ABI/Inform Complete

A comprehensive business database that features 2950 full-text business periodicals and news sources, ABI/INFORM covers competitive and product information, corporate strategies, management techniques, and business and economic conditions.

Business Source Elite

A business research database, Business Source Elite provides full-text for nearly 1100 business publications and economics journals, including 500 peer-reviewed publications. The database also includes an expanded PDF back file of 150 titles, dating back to 1985, and 10,000 detailed company profiles from Datamonitor. Subject areas include finance, marketing, accounting, sales, banking, international business, and more.

ScienceDirect

The Science Direct online journal collection provides access to full text articles from over 2,000 peer reviewed journals, covering scientific, medical, and technical information published in 24 fields of science.  The library has access to 802 titles within our subscription.  The green icon
[ green icon ] indicates you can view the full text of a document.  The white icon [ white icon ] indicates you can view the citation and abstract of the document.

SpringerLink

An online journal collection, SpringerLink provides access to scientific, technological, and medical journals, books, book series, and reference works.  SpringerLink contains 1250 peer reviewed journals.  The green square icon [ green square icon ] indicates you have access to the content.  The half full green square [ half full green square icon ] indicates you have access to some content.  The white square icon
[ white square icon ] indicates you have no access to the content.

Print Journals:

All print journals, to which the library subscribes, are listed in the online library catalog. To look for a specific journal, search by TITLE. If you are unsure of the exact title, search by KEYWORD to find the title you want.

Electronic Journals:

All electronic journals in the library's collection are listed in the Magazine, Newspaper, and Journal Finder. You can search for a specific title by keyword or browse an A-to-Z list by title or subject. 

Books:

Use the online library catalog to find books. Books may be searched by keyword, title, author, or subject.

To find a specific book, search by TITLE. If your search is unsuccessful or if you are unsure of the exact title, try a KEYWORD search. To find books written by a specific person, search by AUTHOR. To find a book about a specific person or topic, search by SUBJECT. Subject searching requires the use of Library of Congress Subject Headings. If your subject search is unsuccessful, try a KEYWORD search or consult a librarian at daviska@uamont.edu.

The library's collection of books is organized by subject. Once you locate a call number on the shelves, you can browse other books in the area, as they will contain the same subject.

Borrow Items From Other Libraries:

If the library does not own a publication that you need, we can borrow books and obtain copies of journal article from other libraries.  Submit an interlibrary loan request form online.  Materials may be supplied for free or a fee.  You will generally receive the item within two weeks.
