Posted by Human Relations on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 8:58 AM University of Arkansas at Monticello The University of Arkansas at Monticello School of Education is seeking applicants for the position of Graduate Assistant beginning August 12, 2013. The successful applicant will be expected to hold scheduled office hours in order to assist with advising students, data entry, lower level undergraduate course instruction and other duties as assigned. Compensation: Tuition and fee payment (at the applicable UALR rate) for graduate classes in an approved program of study; monthly stipend of $500.00 for 9-months; private residential apartment; University meal plan (19 meals per week). Qualifications: A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university is required. Skills in technology such as using Blackboard, Microsoft Excel a plus. All applicants must be admitted or be eligible for admission into an approved graduate program of study preferably one related to teacher education. The successful candidate will work for the University of Arkansas at Monticello School of Education and be granted time for graduate course work and class attendance.
