GD&CC Services

The Graphic Design & Copy Center(GD&CC) takes on copy & design jobs that would be tedious, time consuming, or impossible for campus departments to accomplish on their own.

The following list details various services the GD&CC has to offer.

PHOTOCOPIES:
Letter(8 1/2 x 11), legal(8 1/2 x 14), and ledger(11 x 17) single or double sided copies are possible. For a list of currently available colors, click here. Black and white copies and color copying is available.

BINDING:
Plastic binding of single or double sided copies. Can bind books up to 2" in thickness. We stock binding rings ranging from 3/8" to 2" in diameter in black, brown, and green.

LAMINATING:
Can laminate documents up to 26" in width.

ID BADGES:
We can make ID badges for various events. Call for details.

BUSINESS CARDS:
3 1/2" x 2" business cards made in 100 count batches. Template and custom designs available. Black and white and color printing available.

FOLDING:
Letter, half, z-fold, and double-half folds are available.

PERFORATION AND SCORING:
We can score brochures and cards for easier folding. We can also perforate to add tear-away sections to printed materials.

SURVEY PROCESSING:
We sell survey answer sheets as well as process the results. There is currently no charge for processing student evaluations. Call for details on custom survey processing.

COLOR POSTERS:
Inkjet or color copier printed posters on letter(8 1/2" x 11") or ledger(11 x 17) paper.

VIDEO DUBBING:
We can dub tapes on standard VHS(NTSC) tapes in 120(SP), 60(SP), and 30(SP) minute denominations.

VHS TO DVD CONVERSION:
We can convert VHS tapes into DVDs. This can preserve videos beyond the life of VHS media.

CERTIFICATES:
We have several certificate designs to choose from. Letter(8 1/2" x 11") only.

GRAPHIC DESIGN:
The GD&CC uses modern computer graphics tools to produce professional layouts and artwork. We use Apple computers along with the following software packages: Macromedia Freehand™, Adobe Illustrator™, Adobe Photoshop™, and Adobe InDesign™. We accept the following filetypes: TIF, EPS, PDF, JPEG, GIF, TGA, BMP, PNG, Freehand™(Freehand 8™, or earlier), Illustrator™ (Illustrator CS2™ or earlier), Photoshop™ PSD(Photoshop CS2™ or earlier), and InDesign documents(InDesin CS2™ or earlier).
