No. 9 in this week’s release
of the NCAA South Region
Rankings.
The Blossoms (15-6 Overall,
14-6 D2, 12-6 In-Region)
lost two GSC contest over
the past week, starting with
an overtime loss to Delta
State, followed by a loss to
Ouachita Baptist on the
road. Both teams rank ahead
of the Blossoms in this
week’s rankings.
Rollins (20-3 D2, 18-3
In-Region) holds the top
spot, followed in order by
Delta State (17-6 D2, 17-4
In-Region), West Georgia
(17-4 D2, 17-4 In-Region),
Fort Valley State (19-4 D2,
19-4 In-Region), Florida
Southern (16-6 D2, 15-5
In-Region), Tampa (17-5 D2,
15-5 In-Region), Ouachita
Baptist (14-6 D2, 14-6
In-Region) and Clark-Atlanta
(17-2 D2, 17-2 In-Region).
At the end of the season,
the top eight teams from
each region advance to the
NCAA regional tournament
usually hosted by either the
