PINE BLUFF, Ark. – The University of Arkansas at Monticello men’s golf team finished second in the 2009 Weevil Invitational played at the Harbor Oaks Golf Course in Pine Bluff.
 
As a team, UAM finished with an overall score of 646, just five strokes behind tournament champion, Christian Brothers, who finished with an overall score of 641.
 
Individually, UAM was led by second-place finishes for both Camron Hurst and Devin DeBay. Both finished with an overall score of 155, just four strokes behind tournament medalist, Alan Killen of Christian Brothers.
 
Hurst’s first round score of 74 was the lowest single-round recorded in the tournament. DeBay and Killen tied for the low score of the second round at 76.
