MONTICELLO –
The offense
highlighted an
officiated
scrimmage on
Saturday with
help from senior
Spenser Garrison
and junior
Joseph Lockwood.
Garrison caught
a screen pass
from junior
Scott Buisson
and ran it 45
yards to the end
zone for his
first score of
the day. Later
in the
scrimmage,
Garrison caught
a pass in the
flats and darted
through
defenders 12
yards for his
second score of
the day.
Lockwood, who is
enjoying his
first season on
the offensive
side of the
ball, also
caught a pair of
touchdown
passes. His
first was a
25-yard
wide-open
reception from
Buisson off a
corner route,
and his second
came on a
20-yard floater
from Buisson
caught in the
corner of the
end zone.
