Phoenix Youth Opportunity Movement
- Funded through the U. S. Department of Labor
- Designed to offer assistance and supportive services to residents
of Chicot and Desha (Arkansas) Counties
- Participants must be between the ages of 14 and 21 years of
age and have documented residency in Chicot or Desha Counties
- Program will provide all eligible services and activities
for the completion of the stated career goal
- One component is a Tuition/Assistance Grant for college or
technical training
