Double Room $880.00 per semester. Single/Private Rooms are not available.

Maxwell Hall is a  two-story suite style residence hall that houses both male and female students. Each suite consists of two double occupancy rooms divided by a bathroom. Each room is furnished. Maxwell Hall provides the following amenities: laundry facility, vending area/ two lounges provides TV Ping pong, Air Hockey, and Fooseball games. Maxwell only provides double occupancy rooms. No private rooms are available.
