The COMPASS Exam is a computerized placement exam designed to
identify the basic skill level of students as they enter institutions of
higher education. The COMPASS exam is used as a substitution for the
ACT.
Cost: A fee of $20.00 must be paid to the UAM Cashier's Office
prior to testing.
Availability: COMPASS exams are given on as needed basis. It
is the student's responsibility to register with the Counseling &
Testing Services Office. The time and date must be scheduled in advance.
