The Arkansas Educational Television Network Commission will meet Friday, Nov. 2 at the Van Buren Public School Administration Building, 2221 Pointer Trail East, Van Buren, beginning at 10 a.m.

This is an open meeting under the provisions of the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, and the public is invited.

Thursday, Nov. 1 from 5-7 p.m. the commission will host a public reception at the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce, 510 Main Street. The community is invited to visit with commissioners and staff and learn more about public television in Arkansas.

The Arkansas Educational Television Network, www.aetn.org, provides lifelong learning opportunities, improves and enhances Arkansans’ lives and celebrates the unique culture of Arkansas through its programming and services. AETN’s analog and digital transmitters and numerous cable system connections give it statewide reach.
