Sports Information Director RUSSELLVILLE - The University of Arkansas at Monticello's Cotton Blossoms (7-13, 0-5) dropped its fourth consecutive match, falling 3-1 to the Arkansas Tech Golden Suns Thursday night at Tucker Coliseum. After winning the opening match 30-26, the Blossoms dropped 30-18, 30-17 and 30-22 decisions in games two, three and four as the Golden Suns posted hitting percentages of .304, .300 and .233. Senior Kameshia Melton (Grapevine, Texas) led UAM with 13 kills, while junior Taura Rush (Joseph City, Ariz.) added 12 kills. ATU’s Sarah Von Lienen led all players with 19 kills. Freshman Vikki Crisco (Saginaw, Texas) had a team-high 35 assists, while junior Maegan Martin (Burnet, Texas) added 20 digs and Crisco added 12.
