Officer called a few minutes later to report that a female called him reporting that a DCC Drug Court Probation officer, who is also a former UAM resident assistant, alumnus Teke and UAM graduate, was furnishing alcohol to underage persons at the tailgating area. I then walked to the Teke tailgating area and made contact with the accused subject. He did not have any alcohol on his person. He stated that he and his wife had just arrived at the Teke tailgating area when the caller arrived. He stated that he did not provide alcohol to anyone. I questioned witness' and obtained a written statement from the subject and 10 witnesses stating that the he did not supply alcohol to anyone at the tailgating area. I was then advised by tailgaters that the caller asked them not to tell the subject that she had been drinking because he was a probation officer and she was on probation. Another officer reported that the suspect did not have a keg of beer in his truck when she passed the tailgate area. I then requested that the PBT be brought to the Band Hall, so that I could confirm that the caller had been drinking alcohol, which is against the conditions of her probation. Another officer and I went into the Band Hall to conduct the PBT on the caller. She admitted drinking one beer. The other officer stated that he could smell alcohol on her person. She registered 0.43. I asked her if she remembered us (DCC) telling her several times that she was on probation and could not drink. She became rude and stated that she had only drank two beers. I moved closer to her and advised her that we meant it when we told her not to drink. She screamed for me to get out of her face. I then asked her why she filed a complaint on the probation officer with the Monticello P.D. I went on to state that if she had a true complaint with merit, she would have reported it to Public Safety. Instead she called Public Safety and asked for the phone number to the M.P.D. She stated it was against the law to have a keg. She stated that she complained in public and that someone else called the police department. She repeated that he had a keg and asked wasn't it against the law. She kept yelling for me to answer her question. I told her I had statements from those at the tailgate area that the probation officer did not provide anyone, including minors, with any alcohol. I told her that I could tell she was not telling the truth. She screamed at me again to get out of her face. I reminded her that she was not supposed to be drinking, nor was she telling the truth. She then asserted that I was not her probation officer. Another officer at the scene reminded her that I was the probation supervisor. I told her that she could be charged with filing a false report, public intoxication and returned to Texas for probation revocation. She again screamed at me to get out of her face. The chief came inside the building and advised the subject that he could hear her outside the door and she would be charged with disorderly conduct. He cuffed the subject. The chief and another officer transported the subject to CDF. I requested that a BAC be ran on her at the CDF to confirm in the written form the consumption of alcohol. Upon securing the subjects, I searched the passenger and asked him where the weapon was located. He then told me it was in the console of the vehicle.
