Spring Registration Opens Jan. 7-8

   The University of Arkansas at Monticello will hold registration for the 2008 spring semester Jan. 7-8 at its campuses in Monticello, Crossett and McGehee.   
   
   Students not currently admitted should apply online at www.uamont.edu or apply at one of the three campus locations to expedite the registration process.
   
   At the Monticello campus first-time students and new transfer students are invited to attend an orientation session Monday, Jan. 7 at 12:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center before registering for classes.
   
   The Monticello campus will also have night registration Jan. 7 from 5 to 7 p.m. in Harris Hall for graduate students and students taking only night classes.  Open registration for all students taking classes on the Monticello campus will be held Tuesday, Jan. 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. New and former students will be advised and registered in Harris Hall. All other students will visit their assigned academic adviser.
   
   The College of Technology-Crossett will hold registration Monday, Jan. 7 and Tuesday, Jan. 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Student Center for students attending the Crossett location.  Night-only students and students taking graduate courses on the Monticello campus may register at Crossett between 5 and 7 p.m. Jan. 7.
   
   The College of Technology-McGehee will hold registration Monday, Jan. 7 and Tuesday, Jan. 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for students attending the McGehee location. Students should report to the Office of Student Services for advising and registration.  Night-only students and students taking graduate courses on the Monticello campus may register at McGehee between 5 and 7 p.m. Jan. 7.
   
   Late registration at the Monticello, Crossett and McGehee campuses will take place Jan. 9 through Jan. 15.  There is a $25 late registration fee.
   
   Classes’ at all three locations begin Wednesday, Jan. 9.
