Traffic stop with UAM student for parking on side of the road to wait for his friend to get a book from the Bookstore, made him move.

Call about a subject that was staggering around in front of Willard by staff member. Responded and found student drinking beer in truck. Gave him a field sobriety test and took him to CDF for DWI and drinking in public. BAC machine was not working, so I took him to the emergency room for blood draw and then took him back to CDF.

Traffic very heavy this morning, making several traffic stops.

A call of loud group around Royer Hall, made contact and asked them to move away from the building to visit. A complaint of loud music in the faculty area of married housing, made contact with the resident and asked him to turn it down. No further complaints reported.

A call of possible fight in an apartment at married housing. Upon my arrival made contact with a male and female in the apartment. When asked if they had been arguing, both said around 30 minutes ago and everything was OK now. There were no visible marks on the female, but the male had some blood on his hand from a cut near the wrist. When asked how he got the cut he said that he fell on the sidewalk outside the apartment. Ran an ID check on both. Advised that one of them needed to leave for the night. The male volunteered to leave.

Shortly after, the subject left a call for an ambulance on the 83 spur, caller said that his vision went blurred and had a bloody nose. Responded to the scene and saw it was the same subject that left the campus. Ambulance transported the subject to the Drew Memorial ER. I advised the on-duty hospital nurse of the situation dealt with earlier. A MPD officer drove the subject's vehicle to the hospital parking lot. Advised the Chief of the incident. Confiscated the subject's key to the apartment and told him not to return to the apartment until told he could do so.
