Courtesy of Media Services The Music Theatre Workshop at the University of Arkansas at Monticello presents “An Evening of Gilbert and Sullivan” Nov. 10-11 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center auditorium. The event is free and open to the public. The performance will include excerpts from “The Mikado” and “The Pirates of Penzance” as well as a fully staged production of “Trial by Jury.” Cast members include Brent Miller, post-baccalaureate music student from Warren; David Vaughn, first-year music major from Monticello; Amanda Kilcrease, senior speech major from Crossett; Rayburn Ezell, senior music major from Redfield; Jason Bowen, sophomore music major from Lonoke and John Gladden, senior music major from Monticello.
Kent Skinner, director of choral activities, will conduct the
