Governor-Elect Mike Beebe Visits Campus By Brooke Burger    “Prior to Election Day, the newly elected Arkansas Governor visited the University of Arkansas – Monticello campus. Democrat Mike Beebe won with 55 percent of the vote and 59 of Arkansas’ 75 counties. He will replace Gov.
