Sheena Garrard Staff Writer The Missionary Baptist Student Fellowship’s weekly schedules include a planning meeting Sunday at 8 p.m., which anyone can attend and offer ideas on new activities for the organization. Every Tuesday the organization goes to Western Sizzlin for the working lunch activity. On Thursdays, the organization hosts the worship in small group’s ministry. This activity consists of leaders in the group giving out Christian advice. Brooke Chambliss, junior, said, “The MBSF gives her spiritual advice on situations going on in her life.” Renown, on Thursday, helps students come together and talk about things that are happening in their lives and relate them to the bible. Wendy Young, senior, said, “Renown gives her an opportunity to worship during the week just in case she doesn’t get to worship on Sunday.” Students living on campus should know that they can come over any time. The organization does community service projects. The organization’s Pure Religion helps on Wednesday afternoon with an outreach program. This program helps with the handicap, senior citizens and yard clean up. The MBSF provides these service to the community for free.
Anyone who interested in joining the organization can. For
