Media Services The School of Forest Resources at the University of Arkansas at Monticello will host a visitation day for high school seniors and community college transfer students on October 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Participating students will register at 8:30 a.m. in the UAM Fine Arts Center and see demonstrations to acquaint them with the various disciplines within the School of Forest Resources, including forestry, wildlife management, and spatial information systems. Students will participate in log weighing, GPS geocaching and wildlife techniques. The program will conclude with a luncheon in UAM’s Forestry Park.
