Arkansas Forestry Center (LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) There will be a workshop and tour of forest herbicide use and applications on Tuesday, October 17, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Arkansas Forest Resources Center on the University of Arkansas at Monticello campus. "This workshop is an excellent opportunity for landowners to increase their knowledge and interact with a variety of leading forestry professionals," said Mary Ann Halsey, forestry education director for the Arkansas Forestry Association Education Foundation (AFAEF). "We appreciate BASF for sponsoring this event," she added. The registration fee is $10 per person, which includes handouts and lunch. After October 10, the registration fee will be $20.
