The University of Arkansas at Monticello Cotton Blossoms made Playboy’s October “College Issue” in the “14 College Mascots that Fail to Intimidate” section. The Cotton Blossoms made the top spot. The only other college from Arkansas to make the list happened to be the University of Central Arkansas Sugar Bears. New York City officials ban french fries? Thong wearing burglar caught in the act Rodney McMillen, 36, of Covington, Ky., videotaped his thong-clad self attempting to rob a woman’s apartment. Carrying a knife and a videotape, the burglar broke into the apartment and videotaped himself robbing the woman. He left the videotape behind and the Kentucky police identified and arrested him. In Mesa, Ariz., a whole
neighborhood, not knowing, helped a 14-year-old
steal a car. The 14-year-old carjacker stole a
car with a manual transmission. Apparently, he
did not know how to operate a manual transmission
because he asked a whole neighborhood of people to
