April 1

   Observed the storage building closest to the university apartments doors were standing wide open. Checked building and found it to have numerous computers as well as other equipment inside. No one around. Attempted to close and lock the door but could not get them to lock on their own. Closed the door and leaned  a steel plate against them to hold them closed. Monitored building all night.

   Boost of UAM van at the MCB.

   Received a call from ACIC with a test of the ACIC alert system. Only a test.

April 2

   Call from UC student worker about a function going on in the green room till 930 pm. I told him I would lock up when they were finished.

   Traffic stop with UAM student for no stop at stop sign on University and Lakeshore. Issued UAM citation for same.

   Traffic stop with UAM student for loud music on University Dr. Issued verbal warning.

   To EZ mart on Hyatt st to assist with UAM student that was stopped for wrong way on one way. Confiscated a Smith & Wesson 38 handgun from the subject.

   Boost in the Royer parking lot.

   Out at the university apartment open parking lot to get a tag number.

   Dispatch called and advised that an emergency trouble call from elevator was placed to public safety, no specific building was indicated. Drove around to all 4 elevators on campus to check for a problem. All appeared 10-4.

April 3

   Out to get a license number off a boat trailer.

   Out at Harris Hall to drop off a 10-17  in reference to the incident last night involving a UAM student.

   Out at Jeter to look at the area that will be roped off next week for the party.

March 29

   Received numerous calls-ref-people using skateboards in front of library. Upon arrival several people took off running toward the BCM. Locate the subjects-several JR. high students. Advised them that if they were going to sake on campus it must be in an open parking lot and they couldn't be around the buildings or jumping on or off structures around the campus. Also advised them that since they had ran that if caught doing this again they would be arrested for criminal trespassing.
