Received a call re: an unruly student at the softball game. Made contact with the student and instructed him to leave. He complied. While looking for the unruly student, I observed a pick-up truck in the parking lot adjacent to the softball field with an empty bottle of R&R and a cooler. Checked the cooler and found 12 cans of Miller Lite Beer, two cans of Milwaukee's Best beer, two cans of Bud Light beer and one can of Budweiser beer, totaling 17 cans of beer. Confiscated the beer. A non-student questioned the legality of the seizure of the alcohol. I informed him he was more than welcome to file a complain with the Director of Public Safety. The alcohol will be held in DPS until such complaint is made or refused

March 4

Approached by the mother of a Bankston Hall resident stating that she needed assistance contacting her son. She could not reach him on the phone. Went to the residents room and woke him up, then escorted the mother to his room.

Out at Weevil Pond with two juveniles who were fishing. I explained to them that the pond was recently drained and was just now refilling. And that there probably were no fish to be caught, but they were welcome to continue fishing. They decided to go watch the softball game.
