Feb. 5

A call of a student parking in red at the field house.

While on patrol, I was flagged down by a subject asking that I open a frat room in Jeter Hall. I told him I would have to get a phone call from the president of the fraternity authorizing entry into the room. President called and asked the door to be opened and I told him I would need the frat members ID card. He said they should have them. None of the students could produce a fraternity membership card, request denied.

Traffic stop for no stop at stop sign at the intersection of University Dr and Scoggins Drive. UAM citation issued.

Traffic stop for no stop at stop sign at the agriculture building. UAM citation issued.

Feb. 6

A complaint of loud and vulgar music coming from a vehicle at the MCB. Upon my arrival had no problem locating the vehicle which was vacant. Owner appeared while writing the citation for loud music a violation of the noise ordinance.

Found one temporary parking permit, at Royer Hall, that had been altered. Issued citation for unregistered vehicle and falsifying permit.

A group of students were acting disorderly just prior to my arrival in the cafeteria.

Received a call from head RA on duty stating that someone had tried to kick in the door of a room at Maxwell Hall.

Heard loud talking and laughing coming from the west side of Weevil Pond. Found approximately seven students walking, talking together. Made contact and told them they would need to keep their voices down. They complied. Approximately an hour later, I received a call from the RA on duty at Horsfall re: males outside the east side of the building and a second floor window had been broken.

Feb. 7

Had a group upstairs in band building who advised they had permission to stay in the building after hours. Advised them that we didn't have anything showing that. Public Safety had not received anything. We have this argument with this same group every night.
