Nov. 2 To UC for disturbance in front of UC involving several female. To Royer out with meeting of student service with females involved in disturbance. Out at UC foot patrolling, assisted with questioning student, patrolling all areas. Report of a medical emergency at the feed store beside the Crackerbox. No MPD units available, responded and found it to be an accidental activation of an emergency alert on a Medic Alert Bracelet. One individual arguing with his girlfriend. Broke them up and they departed the campus. Nov. 3 Traffic stop on two students in the Bankston parking lot. The passenger was a student and drive was a non-student. Traffic stop with non student at Bankston Hall. Subject was parked in the middle of the drive in east parking area and when I pulled up behind him he pulled into the parking lot could smell an odor of Marijuana coming from car and asked subject for consent to search. He granted my request but nothing was found. Traffic stop with non UAM subject for speeding on University Dr. 53 in 35. Issued municipal citation for same. Subject also had a warrant for her arrest ouf of LA but would extradite over 100 miles. Turned her loose. Traffic stop with UAM student for speeding on University Dr / Drew Central. 54 in 35. Issued UAM citation. Nov. 7 Noted numerous empty beer cans on the grassy areas and parking lots Nov. 8 While exiting north bottom floor of UC I heard female voices being very loud coming from Library area. I took field glasses out and saw the females sitting around table next to west door to Library making a lot of noise. I had no trouble hearing them from the bottom UC north parking area. When I got out of the car they didn't worry about noise and acted like they were shocked when I told them they were too loud and needed to leave area. All complied and left area. Call from RA at Horsfall Hall. She had some female students in dorm complaining about being told to leave library and asked RA if the no loitering policy did not start till 10 p.m. I told her that I told them to leave library area beacuse of being disorderly and not for loitering. She told me that she understood and would make them understand. Traffic stop with UAM student for no stop at stop sign on Scogin and Stadium. Call from student at new apts A about some males making noise outside her bedroom on first floor. To are and ask the group to leave area. All complied. I called RA and he told me that he would take care of it. Call about a fire cracker noise coming from Bankston dorm area. To area found 4 males and one female standing by a truck. The tail gate was down on the truck and several open containers and two ice chests. Two males were very intoxicated and the other 3 were not drinking. I arrested the two males and tested the other with PBT and turned them loose. I also confiscated all alcohol. To CDF with 2 non students for public intoxication.
